I am focussed on helping people by counselling, A.C.T. and C.B.T. and hypnosis. I have spent the last twenty years counselling and helping people overcome the physical and emotional effects of crippling panic and anxiety attacks.
I have appeared on BBC radio on several occasions and I have also written articles for the Guardian, the Times and many other local papers.
I am also happy to take a more holistic view with natural treatments such as Reiki, Qigong, mindfulness and NLP anchoring.
I want to help people who suffer from stress, anxiety, panic attacks and phobias. People who have obsessions or phobias, who cannot differentiate between physical and emotional problems
